Hogmoor Enclosure Heathland Event

With the last weeks temperatures hitting record highs, today could have been a very difficult day, and the change of location could have been problematic to say the least.

Fortunately although warm, a pleasant breeze, and increasing cloud through the day meant for an excellent day weather wise.

Ironically last years 'in the woods' location was still the best out the four years the event has been on this site, but we saw more people today than the last 4 years put together.

Mark had a veritable Bronze Age bead making workshop going at one point!

Very much a low key event compared to prior years but less is more certainly benefitted us on this occasion.

Huge thanks to all who attended and supported the event, and for making it such a relaxed and chill day.
