Arundel Castle History Day

A really great day at the castle, with 1600 visitors (that's 200 up on last year), overcast but dry, and plenty of visitor interaction from everyone.

Huge thank you to Andy L for providing the bacon butties to kick start the day, and to everyone who attended. Over 120 visitors on me Civil War Siege Tour, excellent mini falconry displays from Kevin, Captain Georgina La Belle Hughes back in action (and looking mighty fine I might add), great table displays from all and some very lively combat.

Gold Stars today to Mark for his new Elizabethan outfit, plenty of hand sewing gone into that kit, Gavin for his 14th century kit, its going from strength to strength, and Bosun Andy H for his 18th century smuggler... Well done all.
